Let’s get loud: Reverba amplifies patient voices to transform healthcare

Health Perspectives Group companies unify under one powerhouse brand.

Healthcare was already complex, overwhelming and rapidly changing even before we faced a global pandemic. Now, the stakes are even higher for both patients and biopharmaceutical companies. Connecting and maintaining strong relationships with patients is a critical requirement of doing business moving forward.

As our organization enters its 20th year as a leader in patient engagement, we face these challenges with a strategic new brand and a new name, Reverba.

This is a big change, but the time is right to combine our deep expertise and bring our companies and talented people (from the Health Perspectives Group) together.

As the first company to provide a digital platform for pharma-sponsored patient-to-patient mentor programs, we have continued to innovate, building new technologies and channels to connect biopharmaceutical companies with their most important stakeholders: healthcare consumers. We created the Advocate Resource Center (ARC), a built-for-purpose patient engagement platform; CareConcierge, a clinical trial recruitment and referral system; and the Alumni Platform, a groundbreaking post-trial relationship management tool.

This evolution to Reverba will enable us to accelerate expansion and ramp up introduction of exciting new solutions. From Clinical to Commercial, we are pushing the boundaries and leveling up transformative tech-enabled patient engagement for biopharma.

We’re working to transform the way healthcare companies think and function, making compliant, patient-centered action possible through:

We chose the name Reverba to convey a multiplying force, reverberating and amplifying the perspectives of patients and the impact of their voices. It’s also rooted in science – an homage to REV-ErbA, an essential protein that supports the rhythms of life.

Working with more than 30 biopharmaceutical companies over our storied history, we have built lasting relationships with thousands of patients directly, and our programs have reached millions of other patients indirectly as well. We look ahead with excitement to building so much more in our next 20 years and beyond, as Reverba.
